Why Daily 7 Exercises?

The 7 Daily Exercises
1. March in Place (1 minute)
Purpose: Joint mobility, circulation, warm-up
How: Lift knees to hip height, swing arms naturally
2. Bodyweight Squats (1 minute, 10-15 reps)
Purpose: Legs, glutes, core, hip mobility
How: Feet shoulder-width, sit back like chair, drive through heels
Modification: Squat to chair, hold at bottom
3. Push-Ups (1 minute, 5-10 reps)
Purpose: Chest, shoulders, triceps, core
How: Hands under shoulders, body straight, lower chest to floor
Modification: Incline on wall or table
4. Glute Bridges (1 minute, 15-20 reps)
Purpose: Glutes, hamstrings, core, lower back
How: Lie on back, feet flat, lift hips squeezing glutes at top
Modification: Single-leg if standard is easy
5. Plank (1 minute, 30-60 seconds)

How: Forearms and toes on floor, body straight from head to heels
Modification: Drop to knees for support
6. Lunges (1 minute, 10 each leg)
Purpose: Legs, balance, hip mobility
How: Step forward, lower until both knees at 90 degrees

7. Jumping Jacks (1 minute, steady pace)

How: Jump while raising arms and separating legs
